Taylor joins the Valcour team with a diverse background in hospitality and loves everything about the industry - especially the traveling part! She has worked at various Marriott properties in the Eastern US with a focus in room operations but came back to the North Country for her love of the mountains. Fun-fact: Taylor is an ADK 46er and is working towards being a NE111er in the near future. Taylor’s favorite things about Valcour is the rich history of the property and the unbeatable views of the Green Mountains.

Amanda is a creative individual with a passion for project planning. She joins us with over seven years of experience in marketing, communications and design. Fun fact - Valcour is owned by the College Auxiliary Services located on the SUNY Plattsburgh campus so in addition to overseeing Valcour, Amanda also oversees conferences on the SUNY Plattsburgh campus. She enjoys Valcour Inn & Boathouse because Amanda loves connecting with people, especially when it is helping them plan their milestone events such as weddings, baby showers, and anniversaries.

Erin comes to Valcour Inn and Boathouse from just down the road at Valcour Brewing Company where she discovered her love for events! Being an alumni of SUNY Plattsburgh, Valcour is close to home and an exciting transition. Her favorite part of the property is the unbeatable year-round views.

Shari is one of our friendly housekeepers and loves meeting our guests. She enjoys helping set up for events on the property like wedding ceremonies, receptions and, of course, decorating for the holidays. Her favorite thing about Valcour is the beautiful scenery and her co-workers! Fun-fact: Shari loves to craft and crochet.
